Lee creates his carvings in Gold River, BC.. Most of the sculptures are carved from Western Red Cedar and Yew wood salvaged in the Gold River area. If you are visiting Gold River, make sure to stop at the North Island Clayworks Cafe and Gallery. You can enjoy a good meal and browse through their unique spacious art gallery. They make their own pottery on site and also show some of Lee’s work among others. They are located where the highway crosses the Gold River. A must see for local art.
